Camp Instructor Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and engaging qualified or nearly qualified teacher to join our team during school holidays. As a Camp Instructor, you will play a key role in creating a fun, supportive, and enriching environment for young people.
Review lesson plans before each camp and deliver engaging activities as guided by the Camp Manager.
Support children during craft, physical activities, science experiments, and free play—ensuring every moment is both fun and meaningful.
Use your skills as an educator to spot and encourage learning opportunities throughout the day, fostering independence, resilience, and curiosity.
Supervise and engage with children not just during structured sessions, but also during mealtimes and free play, reinforcing positive social interactions.

Camp Manager Role
We are looking for a qualified teacher with strong leadership skills to ensure our camp is a safe, fun, and enriching experience for all children. As Camp Manager, you will oversee a small team of instructors, coordinate activities, and create an engaging environment where learning and play go hand in hand.
Lead and support a team of instructors, ensuring all activities run smoothly and children get the most out of their experience.
Be at the heart of the action—actively engaging in activities, encouraging learning moments, and fostering independence and resilience.
Review and fully understand lesson plans before camp, deploying staff effectively to maximize engagement and enjoyment.
Communicate professionally with parents at drop-off and pick-up, inspiring confidence and providing a welcoming atmosphere.
Ensure all safety checks and preparations are completed before children arrive, maintaining a secure environment.
Be up to date with safeguarding regulations (training provided) and confident in administering paediatric first aid when needed.
